Fennix buckets and dead leg

So I recently got a fennix elite s and swordfish s. The swordfish s is great but starts to bother my hips on 2 plus hour paddles. The elite s is comfortable but my legs are completely numb after 30 min. I love both of the boats but the elite s kills me to paddle. I have heard I am not the only person that has problems with this and that fenn is possibly changing the buckets? The old fenn elite s felt great and had a wider feeling bucket. The fennix pinches my thighs and hips. I bought a seat pad and made the foot plate adjustable and so far no change. Any tips or success stories?

A revelation for a number of paddlers in Dubai who experienced this dead leg issue , is to put a block of foam under the heels. Experiment with different thicknesses. Quite a few of my friends went from almost instant dead leg to no dead leg using this method.
