Nelo fixing

I use nelo 550 and i need to fix it ,
What is the best for use glass/kevlar/carbon layer

Use carbon or fiberglass. Kevlar is not fun to work with. Hard to wet out and when you sand it it becomes fuzzy. I would probably use carbon cloth.

And about the gelcoat what is the best fixing instractions after the composite layer?

After repair, sand and fill (epoxy and fairing filler) and sand until perfect shape. Then use primer and 2 pack paint (use suitable mask). Will allow for better colour matching and easier to look nice.
