No, not yet. Currently flat out with marathon series and avon training. But yes- when I set it up I will definitely let you know.

Maybe we could keep paddling after Sunday's 27km Upper Swan Marathon

Southern Shamaal PE to East London is on - starts 6 December and ends on 9 December. Details will be posted next week.

Start training seriously now - approx 250 km in four days delivers the hurt if you are not fit!

Four weeks to go.

For those wandering about the accomadation etc at Woody Cape and Hamburg.

Woody Cape is all set and waiting......grass is cut for camping.

Hamburg.....the caravan camp is looking good....the grass is green and cut....the pub well stocked.

The road to Hamburg is not the best with potholes and cows.......but you can do the trip in a sedan quite happily.
