But you know what really got to me was being told by some women at Epic over the phone that this was all my own fault. She was so rude and had absolutely no desire to assist. Furthermore it has been confirmed now that this is a known problem and that Epic have replaced hundreds of rudders over the past few years. Good luck Epic if you continue to employee monkeys.
