Surfski Eastern Tennessee

I will be on Norris Lake in eastern Tennessee next week. I’m wondering if anybody in that part of the state has an extra ski and would like to go on a paddle. It will be hard being on such a beautiful lake with nothing to paddle!

There is a very active group in Knoxville which holds a recreational race every Wed evening. Look up The Paddle Knoxville group on Facebook.

Thank you mcnye1! Found the face book page and am set up to join the race. Surfski community is so supportive. We have a small scene in Minneapolis and a number of extra skis and paddles to set people up with. We try to do a thurs night informal race and downwind whenever it’s blowing.
