The Trampofoil has a scanning nose for the waves and as long the waves are not to steep (and no floating objects), it works quite well.

Revo's Foiling Surfski seems not to have a good stability at fight.
If the floil is long (and thin carbon)., it will bend with the foiling force to a U-shape. Than you get a very good stability.

Would it make sense to get more good foiling surfski experience to build a multihull foiling Surfski (e.g. with two double Surfskis at the beginning)?
At the old foiling days this was a typical setup and you can focus on the foil-design first instead of the stability issues:

Any spilling water is pure waste of energy. In this sense the Trampofoil is utra modern, with slow motion parts compared to the jet kayak.

Disclaimer: I know absolutely nothing about foiling.
My idea for the foil ski would be a shorter boat, with the seat more towards the bow of the ski. Like the Feather SoT K1
Longer foil on the stern, shorter on the front. To have the boat in the surfing angle when foiling and to replace pumping your leg drive with that angle would direct the force "down" toward the foils, as opposed to mostly "forward" when the boat is horizontal

The American's Cup shows on a very high engineering level, that the foil-design is quite tricky. In the final no-one is the fastest boat!
