5th marker Cup - Mandurah - Western Australia.

Not often you get to race FREE

As part of the Peel Paddling Festival there is an 11km race that tracks out into the estuary and return for a flat fast race.

Not well marketed outside of our area so thought I'd give Perth paddlers a heads up. Lifejackets are required.

On windy days when the ocean isn't inviting I have paddled this course up the estuary so am looking forward to racing it.

5th & 1st Marker Cup (hosted by Mandurah Paddling Club)
Sunday 11 September 8am meet (for 8.30am start)
Mandurah Western Foreshore – Halls Park Beach
Two races on estuary, 5th Marker Cup, competitive (11km return),
1st Marker Cup social (5km return)
