This is not necesarly a race for surfskiers, but definitely one of the greatest long distance races in the world.
130km (100 miles) on the Dordogne River, between Argentat and Castelnaud la Chapelle, paddling freely in beautifull landscapes.
Even if this is not sea water, I think that surfskis can have a great advantage because of their length. Another advantage is that you maybe are more trained for such long races.
The Martinat brothers are still the fastest on the race in K2 by covering 130 km in 7 hours and 32 minutes, so I would say, take your paddles, your boats, give us a call, And we would be happy to collect every one of you at the airport in order to share these few days with other paddlers!
