How to indentify Surf 70 vs Surf 70 pro ?

My son has just brought what was described as a Red 7 Surf 70.
How can we tell it's age & if it's a Pro ? what is the difference wiht the Pro apart from weight ? It weighs 19.2kg

It's his first ski however he has quite a lot of kayak expereince & normally paddles a Sharp 6 multisport kayak

Had tried a SharpSki www.flowkayaks.com/site/surf-skis/sharp-ski/ but it was too tippy for all conditons use so this should be about right. Was low cost too so get more familair with sea paddling then change after a year
