Typical Training Routine

I was wondering what type of training routine other ski paddlers use. Mine is as follows:

Monday: Weights
Tuesday: Sprint Workout in K1 or Ski
Wednesday: Race Pace Workout -or- Downwind Run
Thursday: Weights / Run 5K
Friday: Time Trial / 5-6 miles
Saturday: Long Slow Distance (15-20 miles) or Race
Sunday: Fun Paddle 6-8 miles/ maybe downwind/ or Race
