Can someone fill me in on the purpose of the box and the vertical and horizontal lines going thru Adam Van Koeverden's stroke. The box has something to do with top hand level I guess.The vertical line could show when his paddle is vert. in the water. What does all this mean? Thanks
I think the boxes and lines show/suggest that his top hand stays high (in the green box area) until the paddle becomes vertical in the water. After that time, the top hand drops down to the shoulder level (no lower) until after the blade exit and the paddle is raised to horizontal. It says that it was a direct computer translation so that's why the words are english but it's muddled up.
