Temporary outrigger/stability add-on

Wanted to share a pic of an DIY outrigger solution that I applied to my tippy ski, using suction cups, kid's pool flotation toys, tiewraps and some ducttape. Adjusted the height so they are just above the waterline when upright (on the photo they are positioned slightly too low for me).

Worked extremely well on semi-flat water to get used to my ski! I would not recommend this on large waves though, at some point they may wash off.

After doing a couple of trainings with and later without the outriggers, I had to admit that the bucket was really too small for my hips, things started hurting so I have now moved on to a ski with a wider bucket. But is was a nice experiment.
Meanwhile, a para-athlete from my club told me she copied this on her own K1. I have not seen how that turned out yet.
