My backyard - post photos of where you live/paddle

This picture of my city "Rockingham" in Western Australia is looking West out into the Indian Ocean. On the left side of the photo (South) the swell comes rolling in from the ocean. On the right (North) is Cockburn Sound, a large protected body of water. In the centre of the photo you can see a road /causeway coming right out into the sound, it links Garden Island up to the mainland, Garden Island is the Western Base of Australia's Navy and is a long narrow island protecting cockburn sound. I am blessed to live about 200m from the long jetty seen in the bottom left of the sounds waters and walk down to ski training several times per week.
