The video above shows the perfect wintertraining for mid European paddlers. You need endurance, good great torso muscles, leg muscles, balance and some years of training for a good technique. And.... it also makes as much fun as paddling.
It shortens the time between winter and spring and also teh time between " summer and winter". Erik V. Larsen goes x-country skiing every year.
