does anybody had problems with his/her rotator cuffs and/or any experience how to treat the problem conservatively (no operation - but physio)? Could someone recommend some typical excercises?
I do have the typical symptoms of a slight fracture (had it before two years ago and could get rid of it by having a 4 weeks break from sports - this time it just stays..good one day - bad next day).
Hey Ole, scroll down through the main topics on the left hand side of the page and there is an article there with some good exercises for rotator cuff. I do them everyday, hoping to avoid rotator cuff problems with prophylactic exercising!
