the new inventors on abc tv in oz just had a guy on with a dragonboat paddle with electronic sensors deigned to measure force,i presume measured in watts,the future is now www.abc.net.au/tv/newinventors/ .The posture pal looked pretty cool too

Institute of Sport here have this already.


Also included in their equipment are pressure sensors for the foot rests in kayaks to measure the force being applied through the feet.
