V8 Venturi Drain Plug was created by Stanton
For those that have purchased or test paddled a V8, does the venturi drain have a plug? Paddled one today and it had no plug which leads to my only complaint with the ski. Wet butt as a result of footwell water working it's way to the seat area before getting enough speed to drain via the venturi. I believe the handy water bottle "dished out" area promotes this travel. A simple cork could solve this but wondered if there was something supplied with the ski?

No

If your in Aus just go to Clark rubber and buy a rubber cork drill a hole in it and push nylon cord through, being rubber the hole closes up. If river or harbour paddling stops water coming in venturiand geing wet bum syndrome.
Cheers :woohoo:
