Attaching the cover on a V12

The cover for my V12 came with loose bits of velcro to attach it - can't find any recommendations from Epic, so just wondering what other people have used to attach the velcro. Double sided tape or contact adhesive (Evo-stick) - the latter being what I'd normally use for sticking things to a boat?

Where did you purchase your V12? The dealer should help you install the cockpit cover. Some of the velcro strips for the V12 cover come with self-adhesive on the back. I used contact cement to install it on mine. We find that the cover helps a lot in moderately rough water to limit splashing into the cockpit, so I just keep it on all the time, only removing it for transport of the ski. Be gentle when removing it so the velcro doesn't come off the cover or ski.
