I would be interested to know too. My folks have a place in the Golf Estate but there are 2 things that worry me around the area. firstly I would never venture around the point due to the cliffs and lack of area to beach should you have to. Secondly if you paddle from the harbour in the opposite direction you basically have to paddle past seal island.................and i made the mistake of watching Airjaws on Disovery (gulp)
