A friend is heading off to Croatia for a paddling trip...
Hi everyone, just thought I would use my surfski network to get info for our upcoming trip. We are headed to Banjole, Istria in Croatia in 2 weeks for a paddling holiday and it would be great to ge some info on the best downwind runs. The 'Bura' wind seems to be a ENE or straight E and this looks to me.like you need to paddle across the Adriatic to Italy if you are going to get ddownwind. Anyone got any contacts in the region, or experience paddling the Bura in the area?
