Nice, podcast, thanks for producing it! I'm too far away to swing by and take a lesson, sadly.
One topic that would be awesome if you could cover is the beach start, specially when the waves break practically onto the beach and the whitewater wash comes all the way in. Do you have some similar timing tricks for getting the boat into the water and hopping in, like the ones you spoke to about getting through the surf?

Hi tve, yes we do have that issue here in the Gold Coast and i have seen so many paddlers get smashed simply getting onto their skis from the beach. Let me have a think about how I would do this but I can definitely put something together. Thank you for the feedback.

Great podcast, I also listened to the one regarding leg drive and couldn't agree more. Funny because its the first time I've heard someone focus on "pulling" the opposite leg. I've actually been working on this a lot in the past year and it helps immensely.

Hi Kwolfe, thank you for the feedback. As you all know, paddling is about rotation and this rotation comes from the hips. Pushing back into the seat will hinder rotation where pulling the opposite hip forward will only assist it and help produce more power. Thank for your support and happy listening.
