I have recently enjoyed very much a book titled "Yoga for Paddling". I thought I would share it here as some of you may find it interesting as well.
It provides very good insights of what muscular imbalances are typical of paddlers, and tells you what stretching and strengthening exercises are good for correcting them. Author has been a pro paddler, and you can tell she knows about her subject.
