Vajda has posted a video of their new Next range of surfskis on vimeo. Does anyone have any more information on the range? They appear to be low volume.

I've also seen the video, gee they look sleek and quick! Demos are on their way to Oz.

I have nothing, except: 2016 looks super promising for the SURFSKI world.
There are going to be amazing choices, so if you are looking to upgrade, this is the year to do it.

I lift my hat to manufacturers like:
Nelo
Vajda
Fenn
Epic
OCC
(I am sure there are others that I am forgetting, but boat builders who are coming up with some pretty nice innovations for 2016)

I hope to see some reviews, specs… and at least photos of the new toys.

Looks awesome. Does anyone know if there will be more stable variants, like in the Hawx range?

with "deBrito racing bailers" ... heel operated it seems and small day hatch,
that's what I missed in the Hawx series

paddled a vajda next ski bout 2months ago - well made, stable & fast, excellent pricing, looks neat/appealing, like handles for & aft / seat/ footplate...... seat a bit narrow for my 33inch waist so passed on opportunity. local agent informs me 2017 will bring a wider seat!!

ski's - McGregor C/R // Nelo 560L // Epic: 1st/2nd/3rdG V10/10L/10 sport, V14, V12, V8, V7, double -v10/v8 // Stellar: SES 1G/2G, SEI 2G // Fenn: double, elite SL, swordfish 1G/2G // Carbonology: vault, atom, flash //hayden spec ski / gibbons oc. ski / red7 / stealth spec/ocean ski / think legend

Thanks tony,
th elist of boats you paddled is impressive ...
any insights you could share when comparing thenext 43 to the Nelo 560M/L would be cool ...

As far as I understand, the Next 52/46/43 is more or less only a "facelift" of the Hawx 52/46/43:

- hull more or less the same, exept for the nose,
- it's said that the back of the seat was changed with improved ergonomics ... hmmm ... really ? or just different paint job ...?
- new colour scheme, ok got that one ...
- day hatch/river rudder/take apart options now at least mentioned, but were also available for the hawx imo
