Fenn Rail adjustment advice needed

does Fenn have a owners manual for setting up the pedals and rails. i know adjusting the cable with the Allan key. but to adjust those black sliding rails. looks like a bitch. unless am missing something. can anyone give me some advice on adjusting the rails. is there some clip i cant see or do i have to use a ring spanner to undo the bolts. then slide the mounts forward..

Not sure what the problem is you have? Should be a cord in front of the foot plate that you pull which releases a pin on both sides and the whole foot plate moves forward or back to the next pin position, no need to undo any bolts.
