I have read about stability ishues with too tight of a fit in the bucket and the same problems with too loose... So, what is a proper fit? Anyone out there fit people in skis, what are the things you look for other than just asking if it's comfortable?

What works best for me is a fairly snug fit but one that leaves just enough room to rotate the hips when pushing with each leg.

Long enough that your hips can rotate on the seat, short enough that you have a solid connection through your heels on the foot plate.
