Paddle 2 Fitness® is a paddling specific
coaching service to help paddlers of all
levels become more efficient with their
stroke and training regime.
Paddle 2 Fitness has been created by one
of Australia’s most highly regarded ski /
kayak paddlers and level 2 coaches -
Julian Norton-Smith.
With the influx of paddlers joining
events like ocean racing, surf ski racing,
adventure racing and recreational
paddling, paddlers are looking to
gain every possible advantage. Such
improvements come from teaching the
correct paddling techniques and learning
from qualified coaches.
The current Paddle 2 Fitness athletes
have achieved time gains of up to 40 mins,
depending on their event.
