Dear Ionas,

I'm wondering weather to choose dominator or the XL version, mostly wondering about the stability vs Dominator XL? and speed, is the XL version a lot slower?

The Dominator ΧL is a beginners boat. Dont expect max speed from it, but it is very very forgiving, and very good for increased wave action. If you plan to go out to sea and dont have much experience, I wholeheartedly reccommend it.
If on the other hand you are an expert paddler, or you plan to use the boat on estuary waters, go for the Dominator hands down, and if you are an intermediate paddler and practice much with the Dominator on flatter water, later you will enjoy the extra speed if you have the experience to head for more open seas.
we havent actually made speed tests, we own 24 Ztech surfskis at our club, in rough water, only expert paddlers can appreciate the slim Dominators

Thanks Ionas, great to get your advice. I'm located in Iceland where the Atlantic ocean can be harsh. but always in need for more speed
