What is a Trapezoidal hull shape?

I've read quite a few times 'model x has the latest trapezoidal hull'.
Can't find any info on what this actually means.

I'm familiar with the differences between round, V, effect of rocker and conical shapes (many of the old K1 models were a type of conical shape, because they had to be formed from wood veneer).

I'm going to guess it means a flat bottom (for primary stability but hull reacts more to waves from side-on) and the 2 sides slope up and out from there ( helps secondary stability). In cross-section it would be an inverted A with the pointy part / triangle removed. The Nelo 550 is a bit like that in the mid-section I think.
Is it the same as conical?

Probably something like this

(Source patents.google.com/patent/US3489117A/en )

Although I cant think of any skis that have this extreme of a trapezoid shape. Trainer K1's sort of have that shape, right?

It is actually the top end super tippy boats that have the 'trapezoidal' shape.

I asked somewhere else, and the best guess is that it is nearly vertical sides (on a very skinny boat) with a relatively flat bottom. So similar to the drawing McImes posted, just extreme slim proportions.  These are boats with a max width of 38cm.
So the max width is at the cockit, they taper from there to the ends.
