Managed to link up with a local paddler through the south Australian ocean paddlers Facebook page. A fat paddler fan by the name of Brian, nice guy who met me with his V8 and new V10 sport.

Brian only just bought the sport as he is planning on going to the Mauritius event and found out that was the most stable ski available.

I paddled his V8 and was impressed, good fun ski to paddle and a great boat to concentrate on paddle stroke technique.

Thinking about the Mauritius event myself too now after he told me the price from Perth, good value.
