LONG DISTANCE RACING

Need to find an excellent surfski racing video or links to download via U-Tube. Can anyone out there please provide me with such useful information? I paddle a Fenn surfski using an Epic Wing paddle, normal distance is at least 20 miles for each event. Need to improve my speed, endurance. and paddle stroke technique for these events. Thanks.
