How to Contact Knysna Racing Kayaks?

I am trying to contact Knysna to ask a question about my ski.

I sent an email to their address on the website but there has been no response ... This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ... The email was sent mid August and there has been no response in the past 3 weeks :(

How can I contact Knysna by email? Is there an alternate address?

I am an agent for Knysna Racing in Gordon's Bay, Western Cape. What seems to be the problem, prehaps I can HELP. If not, I am seen Albert from Knysna Racing this Tuesday and can discuss any problems with him.
