Replacement gear for Honcho Rookie (pedals to rudd

I have acquired a really busted up Honcho rookie.
I'm contemplating fixing it up. But want to know how easy it is and costly it might be to buy all the replacement gear that has been stripped off this old girl. Its completely bare, so need foot plate, pedals all to the rudder.

Dont thing they exist anymore. Think they were made in RSA.

Believe so too, company no longer exists, though a good intermediate boat which I have enjoyed. As I'm selling mine shortly after 3 or 4 years would posting pics of the various bits and pieces be of any help?
