Hi,

I just got the last copy over at our bookstore. I usually check amazon reviews first before buying. www.amazon.com/Fit-Paddle-Paddlers-Stren...ioning/dp/0071419527

I've been doing the swiss ball work outs and some of the stretching poses. My particular favorite is the warrior pose and shoulder pivots (for strengthening rotator cuffs) The swiss ball exercises particularly the Trunk Torso rotation helps me strengthen my lower back.

Let's admit it, most of us are weekend warriors. We just have to be fit to enjoy what we do most, and that is to paddle.
