I agree with Zach. The Jester is designed primarily for children and is unlikely to be suitable for you if you want to paddle in rough and or downwind conditions (which is precisely what surf skis are designed for). KR as I understand it is just an abbreviation of the Knysna Racing brand name. They put that on most if not all of their different models.
Where are you? If you are in an area with a paddling scene then you will have access to many much more suitable surf ski models. Any ski described by the manufacturer as a beginner ski and rated for your weight will be a good starting point. Examples include but are not limited to; Knysna Racing - Genius RS, Fenn - Bluefin, Stella - S18S, Carbonology Sport - Cruze, Nordic Kayaks - Exercise, Think - Ace and Epic - V8 (the most popular surfski of all time).
