I find myself getting dizzy when its low contrast and glassy conditions. Not to mention the effect on my balance...(I guess thankfully we rarely get those kind of conditions out here).

Anyhow, does anyone have any tips on dealing with those conditions in the ocean where there is always some sort of bump on it? Lenses of a certain color or something?

I wear yellow driving glasses in low to no light. Not the amber ones but actually a bright yellow. For some reason they really brighten things up. You can get a cheap pair for around 5 bucks so you can test them.

Cool, I'll give them a shot. I thought about the Oakley Prizm cycling glasses, but those are pretty expensive for an experiment.
