A year ago I got my Stellar SEi and she`s been an excellent boat, but the one thing I had to sort out was the rudders. They worked great, but the diameter of the rudder shaft is about a mm less than the internal diameter of the tube through the boat. Maybe I`m just picky, but this sometimes meant I could hear a small, but annoying tapping caused by the movement of the rudder shaft within the tube.

It was an easy fix though. I shrink-wrapped the shafts and the annoying noises disappeared (I had to sand the shrink-wrap a little, but this made for a perfect fit). Last week I received two DK rudders. It was the same with these, so out with the shrink-wrap again and these also now fit perfectly. :-)
