For someone to be able to help they need to know what is wrong with your current paddle.

I have no problem with my current paddle but I would like a paddle to get more support and Keeping the lightness of my paddle epic.
I practice surfski and I need a paddle to be effective over long distances.

I started with the Epic mid-wing, then for a year or so used a small-mid, then moved back to the mid-wing. I found the mid offers better support and more power can be applied to the water without slippage. So, better for rough water and active paddling. But the small-mid was fine for long distance... At your size, the small (which is smaller than the small-mid) might be fine for long distances or it could be a bit undersized in terms of area.

So, try a small-mid or a mid sized Epic and see what you think... I have not really used other brands/shapes so can't comment on other aspects...

P.S. I am close to your size, a bit taller at 192cm and 85-90 kilos. I'm not a very strong paddler if that makes any difference, and found I still preferred the mid over the small mid overall for my usual 10-15 mile (17-25km) paddle sessions

I'm 183cm & 88kg, been using a Jantex Gamma Medium on flat & ocean (up to 4m swell), 10-25km - I've been happy so far. You might want to consider a Gara blade too. If you can, try as many as you can.

In my opinion the Gamma offers about the same support as the Epic Small Mid, where as the Epic Mid offers a lot more support and the paddle I will use if planning on being in tricky conditions in a tippy ski, if I'm happy with the ski I'm in and I don't need the support I'll paddle with the Gamma or the Epic Small Mid. So an Epic Mid could be a good choice if you like the Epic paddles and you could swap between the Mid and Small Mid depending on what conditions are like.
