Is it possible to include a section in what type of surf ski members own in their profile section? Besides general interest factor, it would give an idea of the background of the person when they post something to the forum. Possibly a self assessed indication of experience level as well?

Yes, have asked Rob a year or so back if we could have a self-select option of one's Country flag to identify where the writer is from, since it's such a global site.
