Hello I am fixing the Venturi, I need suggestions. Thank you in advance
It was an old Epic V10 style Venturi, a very slanting straight tube, similar to this one:

Now is just a hole:

Here the Venturi we are working to , molded on a PVC curve pipe:

It's going to be like this, not sure if it's a good shape:

Maybe is incorrect? It has to be like this instead?

And
which is the correct position respect to the hole?

Why don't you just fit a bailer that can open and close. They are readily available to buy. And have ZERO drag when closed as opposed to 100% all the time with a venturi.

Hi Ranga thank you for your answer.
I didn't think about a bailer but now is
too late for change project , too much work has been done, today they will finish.

Please help me about position  and shape. I was't able to find coherent information on the web

I noticed that the cup in this old Uno 2009 is much shorter than the ones on sale today. longer is better?

Hi Matteo,
I guess it's a bit late now, but I would have just stuck bullet behind it, like I did on my V10. With the curve in the deck it was really easy. I used the conical plastic top from a silicon tube, trimmed the base and put some silicon inside it to make a rounded end and then siliconed it into the depression. It made a huge difference to the effectiveness of the venturi. I guess you can still go for a bullet though!

Thank you Owenfromwales, good idea to use silicon. It's not to late for a bullet, I will do it for sure later.
I had a leak in the internal pipe, which has been badly repaired twice, so the area to replace was quite large this time.
here you can see the first unbelievable repair:

The hole in the hull should be at the open end of the Venturi, touching the bullet. It will drain a lot faster than buried in the Venturi. Maximum suction is at the edge of the Venturi, not in the deep end. My swordfish S and an old Stellar SR both had the hole deep in the Venturi and didn’t bail worth a shit.  I moved both the Venturi and bullets so the hole was at the opening  and they bail twice as fast.  So definitely option #3...
