I think this has to do with your Firewall blocking YouTube, that is what started happening at my work recently. It makes sense, YouTube is one of the best bandwidth-killers and time-wasters around.

Try from home. Or can anyone else who is not behind a corporate firewall confirm that the videos still work.

A reader in China reported the same thing. It must be something to do with firewalls or network issues.

Works perfectly for me both at home and at the office.
