Zulu surf spears surf skis

Hi there
I was wondering if anyone on here had used a zulu surf ski before?

A search on these forums leads me to believe that they are not a very common ski - I was just wondering why exactly?

I am a beginner surf skier and was wondering if I should consider this ski.

I was also considering the Horizon and maybe a Stellar..?

Hi sorry never tried a Zulu but the Horizon is great stable, reasonably quick and very easy to get back in too while learning

The Zulu is a lifesaving "spec" ski that would likely to be built to the 19 foot long X 19 inch wide rules as well as 18kg minimum weight. An Ocean ski has no such limitations on its design and can be designed/built any way , ie longer,wider,lighter etc etc.
