You may want to post this question on the yahoo surf ski group, I think there are a few people from the Tampa to Venice area that might be able to help. You may also want to contact the Clearwater Canoe Club, clearwatercanoeclub.com/, they conduct races in the area that include surf skis so they might also be able to help.
