Paddle length

I would like to find out the paddle length used by various paddlers on the following specs:
Height, Conditions (flat vs rough)and level (ie)
6ft:flat - 214/rough - 210: intermediate/elite/novice

I think mine is set to 213 or so, and I am 5'11" tall. I don't change it very often because my paddle is difficult to change length and feather (75 degree feather, if that matters). I would probably be best described as "on the slower side of intermediate".
