Surfski Philippines

Currently been out here in the Philippines diving in Luzon relatively close to Manila.
In the areas that I’ve been in there looks to be some good conditions for  downwinding particularly during the cyclone season. There is little awareness of the sport here and seemingly no ski availability locally. I see scope for developing the sport here and just wondering how much interest there would be internationally if I based some skis at one ore more of the established diving resorts.

Thanks Rob I did see that earlier. My main interest is to find out if there is a wider international interest with regard to downwinding in the Philippines.
